If you are within the 150 rank in BHU PET 2019 for M.Sc mathematics, yes you do have a chance to get hostel, but that can't be said with surity. As these rules of Hostel accommodation in BHU tend to differ a bit every year. It depends on how many rooms are reserved for your course this year but you do have a chance.
