Hi , a private medical college studying student can definitely apply for NEET Pg and then secure suitable marks so as to get a seat in government medical college in order to pursue post graduation. It is all based on the ranking which depends on factors like marks scored by you ,your category , students scoring more than you etc. So if you get marks good enough to be in the merit list for a seat in government medical college then definitely you will get one .
