Domicile Eligibility:
- Candidates, those pass the qualifying examination from UP & those parent have domicile of UP can apply.
- If candidates pass the qualifying exam from outside UP, then they have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (Father or Mother only).
- Candidates, those pass the qualifying examination from outside UP & those parents (both Father & Mother) not have a domicile of UP can also apply. But they are only eligible to get admission into 10% seats in Technology/Architecture courses in private institutions affiliated to AKTU
So yes Ashutosh you can get colleges but it will be a very tough fight for you to get into top colleges as you will only have 10% of seats to get admission which will increase the competition and you will need to score much more in the exam to get admission.

Yes you will not be able to get government colleges without Domicile.
Is this the same rule in 2020 UPSEE??
