Hello.
People who don't have domicile of up and have cleared UPSEE exam and want to take admission in AKTU government colleges ,they definitely can get but  you will be eligible to get into 10%  seats in technological and architecture courses in private institution affiliated by AKTU  , and if you have domicile of up and you want to take admission on the basis of UPSEE then you damn sure can take admission without any obstacle.
