So, with regard of you're query. You cannot study computer science for a BSc after completing your 12th grade in the Arts stream. A three-year UG degree called the BSc in computer science is designed to produce professionals who can work with technology and computers. A total of 50% in PCM from an accredited board is required for admission to the BSc. in Computer Science program. But you can certainly enroll in a variety of computer science courses, such as BCA, BSc. Animation and Multimedia, etc. You cannot, however, earn a BSc in Computer Science.

No, you can not pursue BSc computer science after your 12th with Arts stream. BSc computer science is a 3 year UG program that aims at producing professionals who can deal with technology and computers. The eligibility for BSc CS is aggregate 50% marks with PCM from a recognized board.
