Yes, definitely a humanities student can become a clinical psychologist or counselor or any other profession which comes under the psychology field and for that you don't require any medical or scientific study.

If I tell you the major difference between a psychologist and the clinical psychologist then a psychologist usually focus on healthier people while clinical psychologist focuses on people with more serious mental health issues.
