It will help but not upto the upper limit because inorder to score good marks in MAINS you need to brush up your concepts from several books like BITSAT book , NCERT, I.E IRODOV, Previous 10 years JEE mains papers etc will help you more to work according with the scenario of JEE Mains.

apart from refering to various study materials and guids , what is most important is that you should be having grip on every topic . if you have good grip  on the concepts then any study guide or material will help you practice well .
