Can tamilnadu state board student enter into AIIMS medical College?

The full form of AIIMS is All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
Considering that Tamil Nadu is a state in India, yes Tamil students are there in AIIMS.
You will be selected in AIIMS or not totally depends on your marks in NEET exam not on the 12th board.You only have to get 60% in 12th Board.
People from every corner and board of this country come to study here.
So yeah, we have Rajasthanis, Gujrati, Kannada, Biharis, Bengalis, Keralites etc.

Yes anyone from any state can enter into the AIIMS medical college. Your merit score and merit rank will ensure your seat into any MBBS colleges. AIIMS examination has been scrapped from this year, so NEET is the exam that you've to target and aim for. Score the best possible marks in NEET.
