Dear Chandrajeet,
No, Tamil Nadu students are not eligible to apply for TS EAMCET.
In order to apply you should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh and you should satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.
