Hello Aspirant...

Hope you ate doing good.

if you are a domicile of Tamil Nadu and studying in Telangana, then you are eligible but if you do not have a domicile of Tamil Nadu, then you are not eligible for the Tamil Nadu lateral exam as per the eligibility criteria of the Tamil Nadu lateral entry exam.

it clearly mentions the nativity of the appearing candidates and says that one must have the domicile of the Tamil Nadu to appear for the exam.

Hope you are doing good.
According to KCET, one need to have a domecile of Karnataka for atleast 7 years i.e. one must study atleast 7 years in Karnataka from 1-12 to be eligible for KCET. But there are many other clauses and reservation just like government service parents, Jammu and Kashmir migration parents, border disputed areas, parents have studied in Karnataka, etc., their ar many clauses one need to satisfy in orde to give KCET , you can check the eligibility criteria on official website of KEA.
KCET is only for the students who belong to Karnataka, if you want to take admission in the private colleges of Karnataka you can appear for COMEDK exam.
