Can the candidate is eligible to give NATA exam if they have COMMERCE + MATHS as their subject?

Yes you are eligible to appear for NATA of you are a commerce student only if you satisfy the following criterias
- To fill the ‘Total Marks’ and ‘Obtained Marks’ fields for Class 10th Standard has become Optional now.
- In view of 10th Std Grade cards from which marks is not easily obtainable, Application Form fields "Total Marks", "Obtained Marks" are made Optional.
- Candidates who have passed his/her Senior Secondary Examination (10+ 2) or equivalent exam, having Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible to appear for NATA 2019.
- Candidates who have passed 10+3 diploma with 50% marks in aggregate in any stream from Central/ State Government are also eligible to apply for NATA.Mathematics is a compulsory subject for this as well.
- He/she must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate in SSC/10+2 or equivalent examination.
- For students of international/ NRI status, NATA 2019 Eligibility remains the same as it is for the Indian nationals. There is no separate set of Eligibility parameters set for international/NRI candidates who wants to appear for NATA 2019.

No, you cannot do NATA if you are from commerce stream. From 2018 onwards, only science (PCM or PCMB) students who have scored atleast 50% in class 12th with mathematics as compulsory subject will be considered eligible to appear in NATA exam.
