Can the medical and dental colleges of Punjab start from mid September if the last date of counselling is 7 September 2019?

The deadline set by MCI to begin the classes for MBBS and BDS courses was 1st August. However, due to the court case regarding matters of reservation, there has been delay in the Punjab medical and dental counselling. Also, no official notification has been released yet by BabaFarid University regarding the commencement of medical and dental classes.

Dear Karan, we are already in the first week of September as we talk. Assuming that all the rounds would be completed by September 7th, we also need to remember that Students are given a specific time to join the allotted colleges. So, it would be safe to be prepared to attebd classes from the 3rd week a little after the 15th. There is mandatory Orientation Class program that needs to be attended as well. So we can assume that it might start after the 15th.
