Transfer Certificate and Study certificate are two different things. Study certificate is to certify that a given student has studied their academic year in a given school. It is given by the school with respect to the format available on Telengana Website. I see you have study certificate from class 9 and they are asking from class 6. I had been through the same situation in another state few years back. It is better to have the study certificate from class 6 to stay on the safer side. All you have to do is to go to the school you studied class 6-9th and get a study certificate from there issued by the school itself. Hence I suggest you to be on the safer side with this.
Transfer certificate is completely different and it need to be submitted regardless of study certificate or not.

Transfer certification means to take admission in different college with same course and university, within your course duration. Transfer certificate attestation is a mandatory requirement in Educational fields.
