There is no free education, however there are certain things you can probably consider:
- If you belong to EWS section (or low income category as declared by the institute), you will be elligible for a partial fee waiver. That is, you will have to pay only a small part of the fee
- You can take a student loan from bank. Although the interest rates are high, most student loans actually cover all your educational needs, even including a laptop! You can pay back once you are placed after B.Tech.
