No,dear there is no option of choosing a college by your own.The allotment is done only on your priorities or preferences filled in the option form.You can only apply for upward movement if you don't like the seat alloted to you and want a better choice filled above than the alloted seat.So,please consider that option.No counselling allow to choose best among colleges.You can only choose while filling option form.
