Can this college accept students from another University rather than mumbai University like sndt University

Yes Mumbai University do except other states students but not in every branch and the cutoffs too are very high for other state students as compared to the students having domicile of Maharashtra. I would suggest you to visit the campus they can give you exact information or contact the university through email or phone no.provided on their website.
