Use ink or black coil to make ink like thing put it on your thumb or paste it's powder and press thumb on blank paper and take click of it .

Remember the impression should be clearly visible.

Or another option is that you can go to the cyber cafe or near by form filling station where thumb impression machine is available and fill form there.
