TOSS i. e Telangana open school society is a recognised open school and students of recognised open boards  are eligible for Neet 2021 examination

This is because,

Eligibility of  students from recognised open boards is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement ,students of all recognised open boards are eligible for Neet examination .

So, yes you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you have done your 12th from  TOSS board provided

you  must pass 12th  examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, if you meet this criteria then with your qualification you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you are from from open school

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
