Admission in mbbs is through neet , now Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB with at least50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least40%in aggregate of PCB if belongs toObc/ Sc /st
So, a general category student like you need at least 50% aggregate in PCB to be eligible
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is
= 130
=(130/300*100 )%
= 43.3% i.e lesser than 50% , so you don't fulfil above aforesaid % requirement for general category and thus you are not eligible for neet examination and thus you cannot do mbbs
