Hello Ma'am. Masters of Laws (LL.M.) is a 2-year post-graduate degree in Law. LL.M. degree allows a law graduate to specialize in one of many legal sub-streams. The basic eligibility for this program is an undergraduate law degree from any recognized university with minimum aggregate marks as per the particular institutes' requirement. An LL.M. program is of two years duration. The average tuition fee for the course ranges from INR 1 to 6 Lacs. Entrance Test for admission in this course is conducted for admission of students in the LLM degree course.
Hii LLM is masters in Law, it is a 2 year long course. The admission to this course is based on the entrance exam. To get admission to LLM Course, one needs to possess a valid LLB Degree from a recognized college or university. In 2013, UGC introduced 1 year LLM Programe in india which recommened to set up a center for post graduate legal studies ( CPGLS). You can get this course at the following institute -
1 year LLM course can not be done in part time or distant mode, it is to be taken up as a full time regular course only.
