Can u give information about the closing rank in first counselling of neet this year and from which rank student can apply for 2nd round??

Hello Sirajuddin,
Anyone who is willing to participate and has qualified can apply for the second round of counselling .There is no hard and fast rule that a person with so and so rank can only participate in the second round of counselling .
