Dear student,
In the preparation for a national level exams, they're is only one effective time table - utilise all your time for the exam and distribute it among all the subjects equally. For neet preparation, utilize all the time you have got. Give equal time and do practice for all subjects equally. Atleast give 3 hours to your revision and 3 hours for practice. And after that regularly make a previous year question papers of neet in real time with honesty. Also give the test series of some coaching institutes. And regularly make a previous years paper and till neet solve all the previous 5 years question papers for atleast 5 times. Revise the concept in which you got stuck. And remember that for dedicated study there is no time table.
So, Best of luck!
