Can u please let me know the procedure to apply for BA in panjab university?

BA is a three year full time course. In this you have variety of subjects. From this you can choose your favourite subjects or in which you want to purse honors like Economics honors. English honors etc.

Minimum Eligiblity :- 60% in 10+2 from recognized board.

Admission will be purely done on the merit basis.

Forms will be out after the declaration 12 th result.

Admission procedure for 2019 in PU:-

1. University offers online mode of applications to the candidate.

2. Visit  the official website of the University and visit Online Admission Portal

3. Click on apply for admission and register as new candidate and then login with Username and Password.

4. Fill the form online and pay the application fees via online mode.

Punjab University Reservation Criteria:-

SC:- 15%

ST:-7.5%

OBC:- 5%

PwD:- 3%

• Admission will be purely on merit basis on the marks of the +2 examination. A person who has passed +2 examination under the 10+2+3 system of education conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council with at least 60 percent (55 percent in case of SC/ST candidates) marks.
• There will be no entrance test.
• The candidate must not be above 20 years of age as on 1st August of the year in which admission is sought to the First Semester (22 years in the case of SC/ST).
• The seats are divided into General/SC/OBC and NRI. There is no quota for student done there +2 from U.T. Chandigarh (as per my knowledge thou’ i crossed verified it as well). So whether you are from Delhi or any part of India, admission is on your marks in +2.
