- Your Admit card
- NEET 2019 result or rank letter
- eight passports sized photographs(it should be same as that affixed in the application form)
- Class 10th certificate
- Class 12th certificate and marksheet
- Proof of identity
- Category Certificate(if applicable)
- Provisional allotment letter, that is generated online
You must have original and attested photocopies of the above mentioned documents.
