For getting government bams seat you need to score 450 + in state quota and 550+ in all India quota for general category. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

The chances of you getting a BAMS private college at 227 marks are a bit iffy as the seats are generally filled in the north of 300-350 marks range

However I highly recommend you participating in the counselling and then trying your level best and yes you are definitely eligible to participate in the state AYUSH counselling as you have cleared the NEET 2021 cutoff .
