Dear candidate,
As you have not mentioned any category so I am considering as general category. Getting admission into any college depends upon the previous years cutoffs,number of candidates appeared,seat intake,difficulty level of exam and category. As per your marks you have tough chances of getting Sir JJ college of architecture because cutoff usually goes to 165 or high.If you are from home state and any other category than general then you have good chances . Its a kind of 50-50 situation.
But you will get clear scene after counselling. Moreover if you want to apply then first step is counselling . You should also have scored 60% at least in 12th with PCM. So you need to go to Sir JJ college of Architecture official website and apply for counselling.After this the merit list will be prepared based on the result of the counselling and NATA score. The seat will be allotted to the candidates as per the counselling round 1, 2 and 3. Finally you will further get a seat if you are selected.
