Hi,
The fee structure for b.tech course of IIIT Bhuvneshwar is
Tution fee in first year -78000 per semester
Tution fee for second year - 85000 per semester.
Tution fee for third year - 91000 per semester
Tution fee for fourth year - 98000 per semester.
Beside that there are other Fee like library fee , hostel fee, examination fee and other charges.

Note that this is the fee structure of previous years. The fee structure of year 2020 you will be able to see at the jossa counselling website.
