If we talk about govt seats cutoff for neet then it will be definitely 500+ by considering previous year cutoffs . In some cases it also extends beyond 550 and 600 in many colleges.

Colleges have many factors on which they decide their cutoff like total seat intake, no of applications received by them, difficulty of paper, previous year cutoff trend ,etc so it varies every year.
