Hey Seshadri
First of all you have to start with NCERT of all subjects and build your concepts or you can arrange notes of good and experience teachers.
Books for physics:
NCERT
HC VERMA
DC PANDEY
Previous year ( Arihant)
MISHRA
CENGAGE LEARNING
IE ERODOVE ( for advanced)
Books for chemistry:
NCERT
Rc Mukherjee
OP TANDON
CHAUHAN
P BAHADUR and CENGAGE LEARNING ( read only specific topics and for advanced)
and you should solve assignment packages of good institute like bansal ; Allen; fitjee etc.
Good luck
Hello welcome to careers 360.
There are some good books for physics and chemistry
Physics - 1. concepts of physics by H.C.VERMA volume 1 and volume 2
2. Complete physics for Jee main 2019 by irodov.
Chemistry -
1. NCERT books (only for theory)
2. IIT chemistry by O.P.TANDON
3.Complete chemistry for Jee main 2019 by NCERT.
But don't refer to many books so that you get confused with conceptual things and don't at all refer very old books.
Hope this is helpful.
Good luck!
