I can't tell you the exact dates as it's not been announced officially yet but yes start date of NIFT 2020 online application is fourth week of October 2019 , so you will be able to fill the application form once it is released. Last date to fill NIFT application form 2020 will be fourth week of December 2019, so you need to make sure that you fill the form before the last date  while National Institute of Fashion Technology will conduct NIFT entrance exam in third week of January 2020 in pen and paper based mode. NIFT entrance exam is a gateway for getting admission in bachelor’s courses in Design (B. Des.) and Fashion Technology (B.F. Tech.).
