no jawaharlal nehru architecture and fine arts university do not offer bachelor of planning (B.plan) what they plan is
1. B.tech in digital technique for design and planning
2. B.tech facilities and service planning
3. B.tech facilities and services planning self finance
4. B.tech planning
5. B.tech planning engineering
6. B.tech planning self finance
7. B.tech planning

Thank you for your query. According to the official website of JNU Architecture and Fine Arts department there is no Bachelors in Planning course available. But the University offers an MTECH in Planning course which is a masters course, the details of which will be put in the following section:
- Course Name: MTECH Planning
- Total fee:1,40,000 INR
- Eligibility: B TECH, BE , B Plan, Civil, Geography,BARCH or MA
- Entrance Exam
