Ideally to pursue M.Sc Psychology, you should have studied Psychology as a subject in your Under graduation. That remains the main eligibility criteria. But there are few Institutions that also conduct admissions to M.Sc Psychology for students who have not had Psychology as their subject in their Graduation.
