Can v opt for DNB gen. medicine if MD not available.....??

See both are different. For admission to MD MS seats one needs to give NEET PG which provides admmission to MCI regulated medical colleges. On the other side, DNB admissions are conducted through DNB CET which provides admission to private or public sectors which are accredited by the National Board of Examinations.

Hence, you need to appear for two different exams in get into two different courses.
