Can we add new clgs in second extended round ? Bcs i hv selected choice 3 and i hv no clgs in my list ?answer me plzz

Anyways, some entrance examinations allow the qualified candidates to change or edit their preferences after the first round of counseling whereas some entrance examination authorities don't.
