Hello aspirant,
I regret to inform you that you cannot change your preferences or add new colleges in second round.The options which you have entered in first round will be considered for all the following rounds.So it means that you cannot change anything.You will be given a seat allotment if there are vacancies in the colleges which you have choosed.
