Yes, it is possible to take admission in class 12th after completing 11th and having 2 years gap. If CBSE schools don't allow admission, then you can definitely go to government schools, they will definitely provide you admission.
And if you do not wish to take admission as a Regular candidate, you can pursue your 12th as a private candidate through the NIOS i.e. National Institute of Open School.
It is possible that they might ask you the reason for taking gap and you must have valid reason for that gap.
Following documents will be needed at the time of admission:
* Previous Mark Sheets
* School Leaving certificate
* Migration Certificate (In case of change of state or board)
* Character Certificate
* Gap Certificate in the prescribed format duly signed by the Notery or any other competent authority
To get admission in any CBSE school, firstly you need to collect following documents from your previous school from where you have completed your 11th standard.
1. 11th standard pass certificate
2. Bonafide
3. Transfer certificate.
