can we apply for both up and haryana's state counseling if we have domicile of both the states

As i can see that you have enquired about whether you can apply for both UP and haryana's state counseling considering you have domicile for both the states . Candidate i would like to clear one thing that you can apply for only one state counselling at a time i.e. the state you mentioned in your application form.
