Yes you can apply for Commercial Pilot licence after your graduation. You must be a graduate of 3 year or 4 year course from a recognised university, mostly graduation degree doesn't matter. You must have science stream in class 12th. Mainly Physics and maths. So you can apply after graduation for cpl if you are eligible with this criteria.
