Yes, you can surely apply for 2nd round of Deemed/Central Universities UG counselling even if not registered for 1st round.

For 2nd round, you have to go for new registration and make required payments as per instructions. Kindly note that registration for the same will start from 9th July, 2019 to 11th July, 2019 till 05:00 PM and payment facility will be available till 11th July, 2019 till 12:00 NOON.
