Yes you can definetly apply for both IBPS PO and SBI PO exams. The eligibility criteria for IBPS PO and SBI PO with respect to educational qualification is that, a candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognised university. Final year or final semester candidates are also eligible to apply, however, they can only apply provisionally. Candidate if called for interview, have to produce their passing mark sheet or proof of passing the graduation exam or the provisional certificate.

The eligibility criteria for IBPS and SBI PO are different.

To apply for IBPS exam candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. However, to apply for SBI PO, candidates must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Govt. Also, those who are in the final year or semester of their Graduation can apply provisionally for SBI PO provided they produce a proof during the interview of having passed the graduation examination on or before eligibility date.

Yes, you can apply for IBPS and SBI PO in last year of graduation. All final year/Semester students are eligible for SBI PO Recruitment provisionally and if called for the interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 01.07.2017.
