With your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 14.05k, Last year IIIT Gwalior's closing rank after last round for CSE department was 11208( general category) and in 2017 it was 12736. So you have moderate chances of getting IIIT Gwalior.
Since there are no official cut off lists published by NTA for 2019 yet, we can only predict your chances using previous years data.you've to wait for the final cut off list which will be published after JEE main April session.
