There are many business schools and reputed institutions in which CAT/GMAT Score is not compulsory as long as the overall profile of the student fits and matches the eligibility criteria laid down by the institutions.

- direct MBA admissions with out entrance exams is offered by many of the MBA colleges particularly private universities.
- some of the direct admission colleges like
- FMS, JBIMS,PUMBA,SIMSREE.
- Also, there is an direct admission through management quota in Maharashtra ,karnataka,tamilnadu and other states.
- also, some colleges conduct their own entrance exams for direct admission based on the perspective result
- DIRECTORATE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION has offered that 20% of seats will preferred to management quota.
