Hey Keerthana Chintu,

Well, if you were allotted a College seat in the 1st Round of Counselling and want to safe guard it as a secured thing in case if you don’t get a seat allotted in your 2nd Round of counselling, then you have to report to the 1st round allotted College and book/accept/fix the seat immediately by paying the necessary fee with-in the stipulated time mentioned in your “Provisional Allotment Letter”.

If you don’t visit the allotted college; or reject taking admission in it then your allotted seat will be deemed withdrawn and then the seat you had withdrawn will be up for auction/grab in the 2nd Round.

Now, if you don’t get the seat in 2nd Round after withdrawing the seat awarded to you in the 1st round, then it would be worthless to visit the 1st round allotted college for reporting and taking admission in the Convener quota(simply, they won’t accept you). Therefore, you will be left with only two choices:

The first one is -is to wait for the Spot Round, if and only if JNTUH is conducting it.(Mostly they don’t conduct these Spot Rounds)

The second choice is to join in any college of your interest/priority through the Management Quota.

Therefore, the simple answer to your question would be NO, you can’t report at the first phase allotted college after the second phase result unless you have already reported and accepted the admission there during the First Phases’ stipulated time for reporting(though it is not necessary this time).

All the best!
