So you can a pply for two states at a time and also avail state quotas in different colleges if you qualify the eligibility criterias for it. Yes ,you can apply for neet counselling of two states at a time. In-fact you can apply for as many sates counselling as you want. All applicants form all over India can apply for counselling in private colleges irrespective of their own city. There may be exceptions for some states. Otherwise there is no limitation on number of counselling for which you can apply.
