Each university has its own way of dealing with admissions for their students. While some universities offer online application and direct admission through counseling while other universities prefer offline admission where you have to go and do your admission there itself in their office and they will prepare a merit list that will be put up on their notice board and based on that they grant admission. So make sure you check the university website or call and confirm how they offer admission in the Master's program.
