The Scheme provides financial assistance to the various category students studying at post matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.
No, Deemed to be Universities Included Under Section 3 of UGC ACT, and eligible to receive Grants-in-Aid From UGC. Deemed Universities that do not receive funds from the Central/State Government are Not Eligible. Not every deemed colleges except like KMC(Manipal University) does offer some sort of scholarship for the students and rest of the deemed medical colleges usually charge way more than the private medical colleges and doesn't provide scholarships for students.
