Hello,
If we go through the eligibility criteria specified by MHT CET it mentions that the candidate must have the subjects Physics and Mathematics as there compulsory subjects in the 12th Boards and must have secured an aggregate of more than 50 % for general category and 45% for SC,ST in 5 subjects.
Thus, a student who has secured less than 50% in one subject but the aggregate score calculated is more than 50% then he/she is eligible to take the exam.
I hope this helps.
All the best!
Hello Aspirant
Your MHTCET marks are independent of your boards marks, you can attempt cet
The 50% cutoff is required when you start applying for colleges,This 50%cutoff is required for boards subject ,you need to have 50% in PCM or PCB
Leaving that you can surely give your cet exam.
I hope this helps
Thanks
According to the eligibility criteria for mht CET exam a candidate must have qualify his or her class 12 with minimum aggregate 50% from any recognised board as it is saying that you need to score minimum 50%, it is aggregate as your total percentage not in a single subject if you get percentage less than 50 in one subject but overall percentage is more than 50 then you will definitely be eligible for sitting in mht CET exam.
Best of luck.
