One candidate can appear in JEE for 3 consecutive years. If you clear mains all of these 3 times then of course you can appear for advance thrice. From what I understood from your situation, you have only one year left out of these 3 years. So if you clear mains this time then this would be your last chance to get to reach till advance level. You won't be able to appear for any of these JEE exams the next time.

No,it is not possible to you to attempt for the jee advanced after completion of two years of 12th.Because according to the rules of the entrance exam only two consecutive years are to be allowed for the entrance exam after completion of 12th.
