Yes you can become executive assistant. Most of the companies need a bachelors degree .
The requirements will vary depending upon the company you join . But mostly every company will look for candidates having good communication skills , opertae computer. Some companies also look for those who can make purchases for the company. Some also look for those having experience in administration.
