Hi !

Yes, we can believe on rank predictors. They predict the rank on the basis of no. of candidates , difficulty level of exam , previous year's data. So , yes , they are almost right because one cannot anlyse his/her rank on the basis of marks only. These predictors consider marks range of all the possible candidates and also their categories.

Yes, according to analysis of various intitutes , the paper was easy because students said that the paper was from NCERT.

There are chances that ranks might go down because the no. of candidates appeared was more than the previous year , and almost the difference was of 2 lakh.
